Name: Alphonse Noah, Subject: 24, Ability: time travel, Extra facts: His ability is useless, no matter what he does it already happened in the past by his future self meaning he cannot change what has already happened, so to him no matter what everything is the same(I know time travel sucks).

Tom Cross (AKA: deadeye), Subject: 27, Ability: (can't think of a name for it rn , but basically he never misses), How to defeat: Seperate from Richard, together they are almost unstoppable. Wear bulletproof armor, hide your weak-spot very well
